 2008 Annual Southwest Dinner/Dance Charity Event:  The 2008 annual event was held on Saturday, April 5th, and as they say, a good time was had by all!  The members of Southwest Sertoma was like to thank everyone who particiapted through ticket purchases, Ad Book donations, silent auction donations and the various raffles.  The event will help our club help the less fortunate in our area.  Thanks you again for making this such a success.   Contact:vp-sponsorship@myswsertoma.org

The NASCAR© 2008 STOCK CAR CHALLENGE:  The NASCAR Challenge raffle is in full swing.  Check out the winners on the following page.  It's still not too late to purchase tickets.  You would still be eligible for the Grand Prize as well as all weekly prizes in the future  There are several weeks left in the season.See the NASCAR tab for more information. 

SAD INFORMATION:  One of our long term members, Raymond Sullivan Sr., recently passed away.  In addition to the time and efforts he expended to help Sertoma grow, he was instrumental in the establishment of the Sertoma Speech & Hearing Center.  As a result, the family has asked that all memorials be sent to the Center for the help of handicapped individuals.

Our regular meetings are every 2nd Wednesday at 7:30 PM following the board meeting at 7:00 and every 4th Wednesday at 7:00 PM.  We meet at the Palos Garden Restaurant at 127th and Harlem in Palos Heights, Illinois. Contact:president@myswsertoma.org
